We have so much experience with our thirty plus years as a carpenter, framer, supervisor and business owner. Our establishment of trustworthy business relationships with each of our sub-contractors, suppliers and employees and previous clients has provided us with loyalty in building throughout the years. 

We perform a wide range of projects, from bathrooms to entire homes. Jim is competent at every step, from foundations to finishing details. He takes great effort to keep within your budget while also achieving your imaginative plans. Jim provides quality, value and customer satisfaction to each and every home.

Jim’s wife, Susan, is the bookkeeper and office support for Choice Concepts, Inc. Our children, Nick & Stephanie, are graduates of  Central Washington University and the University of Washington. We enjoy golfing, hiking and skiing together. Our family has been living in the Seattle area for three generations and we love the Northwest. We take pride in our work and building a better community for the Seattle area and especially for our clients. We are excited to create a house into a custom home with you!
